How do I choose my Shapewear size?
We recommend you select garments in your regular underwear size. However, keep in mind Shapewear is designed to betight and firm fitting, if not, it won’t achieve the maximum effect. Please refer to the size guide for each garment on theproduct page.
How do you put Shapewear on?
Follow our 3 easy steps, Roll, Step into, Unroll! For most styles we recommend you roll up the garment, step into it, andthen simply unroll into place.
How do I choose my bra size?
A perfectly fitting bra is extremely important. You will need a tape measure and it will focus on two key areas; underbandand overbust. The underband is a firm measurement which will determine your band size. Ensure the tape measure isstraight across the back. Second is the overbust area which will determine your best cup size. Wrap the tape measurearound the fullest point of the bust ensuring the tape is straight across the back and isnt tight, allowing for some room.Once you have these measurements, refer back to our size guide.
How do I know if I have the right fitting bra?
For the best fitting bra, ensure that the centre front is flat and against the torso and the underwire sits smoothly underneaththe breast encasing the bust. The neckline should sit flat and comfortable with no digging in or overspill. The underarmband and back band should sit flat and straight across the back. All Nancy Ganz bras will include four hook & eyeadjustments for best fit through time. Straps should sit flat and firm, with enough space to run a finger beneath.
How do I choose a Nancy Ganz Garment?
There are many different styles in the Nancy Ganz range, each designed to target different areas of the body. Not all stylesare suited to every body shape. Will the product roll down or slide up?
Our High Waisted garments are designed to stay in place. Some garments have silicon grip in specific areas to prevent thegarment from rolling down or sliding up, this will be effective for the majority of consumers.
